Registration is made on a space-available basis.
Haddonfield Child Care strives to provide care to all children who are enrolled in the schools we serve without discrimination, accommodating all who can function safely and appropriately within the structure of the program and curriculum. Upon receipt by HCC of the completed Registration Form, signed Enrollment Agreement, and Registration Fee, the family is obligated to all HCC financial and other policies.

Note: EDKP Registration is done in person only - online registrations will not be accepted. To register for EDKP, please print and complete the Registration Form and Enrollment Agreement, and bring them to the HCC Office along with a check for the registration fee.

Check here if you wish to receive an application for TAG funds. A limited number of Tuition Assistance Grants for families demonstrating financial need are available each year.  Applications will be accepted and considered by the review committee in July and January of each year. Applicants who wish to be considered for Fall, 2017 grants must have completed applications into the HCC office by July 1, 2017.  All applications received after that date, through January 6, 2018, will be held and reviewed in January 2018, when the committee will meet again to review applications. Awards made in January will be for the remainder of the school year, and based on funds available.

Please return this completed registration form, along with your non-refundable yearly registration fee and a signed Enrollment Agreement. Your enrollment will be considered complete once all required entrance paperwork and the fee have been received by HCC.


  • Early Bird Registration - Registration for Fall rec'd on or before May 31: $50
  • Late Registration - Registration for Fall rec'd after May 31: $100
  • Add $25 for each additional child in family

Your enrollment will be considered complete once all required entrance paperwork and fees have been reeived by HCC.

In order to begin on the first day of school, children must be fully enrolled by August 18 at 3:00 p.m. Please note that the HCC Office will be closed to the public from August 24 through August 28.
After August 18, all children fully enrolled by Tuesday of the first week of school at 3:00 p.m. will be able to begin the second week of school; thereafter children fully enrolled by any Tuesday at 3:00 p.m. may begin the following Monday.


Please note that EDKP space is extremely limited, and registration is on a first-come, first served basis. The initial 2017 EDKP Registration will take place on Wednesday, January 25 from 5-7:00 p.m. at Lutheran Church of Our Savior 204 Wayne Avenue.  Please note that an additional $150 non-refundable holding fee will be required in March for each EDKP registrant to continue to reserve a space.

*Please note that your registration will not be processed until you download, sign, and mail the HCC Enrollment Agreement, along with a check for the non-refundable registration fee.

Once both your Registration and Enrollment Agreement are received in the HCC office, you will be responsible for paying the first full month's tuition for the schedule you have indicated, as well as all other tuition policies as outlined in the Enrollment Agreement.

Please be aware that on-line registration does not complete the registration process. You will immediately receive an acknowledgement that your on-line registration was sent. You must keep this for your records to verify the date
of your registration in case of a computer error.
If you do NOT receive an acknowledgement, you may either try registering again, or call the office to see if
the registration was received.

After completing the on-line registration, the next step is to download a copy of the Enrollment Agreement and mail it with a check for the full registration fee. Once these items are received in the HCC Office, your registration is considered complete, and a full Enrollment Package will be mailed to you.

Your child may begin attending when the HCC Office acknowledges receipt of your enrollment materials and gives you a starting date. The date your child may begin depends upon when the completed materials have been received. To expedite the process, you may come to the HCC Office (Lutheran Church of Our Savior
204 Wayne Avenue) and complete the paperwork in person. In any case, please anticipate a wait
of up to one to two weeks before your child may begin.

of your registration and enrollment, or to discuss any questions about the process.
